1. Purchase Process
Purchases are processed via bank transfer following a quote request through the IRISBOND website or directly with an authorized representative. The validity of a quote is documented within the quote itself.
Unless a special agreement is in place, full upfront payment is required before the order is processed.
2. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted exclusively in euros (EUR). The following payment method is available:
- Bank Transfer: Single payment via bank transfer.
3. VAT and Additional Fees
- Orders within the European Union (EU): VAT is applied at a reduced rate of 10%. However, companies, associations, and other registered entities with a valid VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) number are eligible for a 0% VAT rate.
- Orders outside the EU: VAT is not applied as these purchases are classified as exports. The customer is responsible for paying VAT in their respective country, as well as any additional costs such as customs duties, import fees, and handling charges.
4. Delivery Time and Conditions
Once the quote is confirmed and payment is received, our administration team initiates the logistics process. Customers will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number from the shipping company.
Delivery times depend on stock availability and the shipping destination. Standard delivery time is within 4 weeks from the purchase date. In case of unexpected delays, IRISBOND will inform the customer accordingly.
Deliveries are made under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place) conditions.
5. Products and Services
All purchased products and services are clearly listed in the official quote with transparent pricing.
Upon purchase completion, customers will receive product information and user guides via email to facilitate a seamless setup of the solution. Additional troubleshooting resources are available in IRISBOND’s online resources.
During the warranty period, customers may contact support@irisbond.com or submit a Support Inquiry Form for assistance. Support is provided via email and WhatsApp during business hours as stated on the IRISBOND website. Remote connection support is available only in exceptional cases.
Customers requiring additional support, such as online installation assistance or personalized training sessions, can arrange and purchase these services through an IRISBOND representative.

7. Warranty Policy
The EyeTracker is covered by a 2-year warranty unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Accessories, including articulated arms, tablets, adapters, hubs, and tablet trays.
- User errors.
- External factors, such as loss, theft, or accidental damage.
- Use with non-recommended components or products.
- Damage to the USB-C port on the solution.
In case of a proven hardware malfunction within the warranty period, IRISBOND will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A replacement device will be provided, and the faulty unit will be collected for repair or exchange.
